My apologies for not uploading yet I just wanted to gather my notes and research before I could put it all up, so this is what I have so far. I'll do my notes then research. As most of our work has been through discussion and action when we've been together there isn't a large amount of notes. Some of this is no longer relevant but I'll upload anyway.
